Your legal documents, well organised, well sent

You can now upload your administrative documents (KBIS, business card, etc.) directly into the application.
They are automatically sorted by type, with management of recto/verso and validity date.
Better still, they can be shared effortlessly with your principals. As a result, you stay up to date and compliant without wasting time.


Reliable invoices and certificates

We've improved the clarity and accuracy of your documents:

  • The sort order in the To be invoiced is corrected.
  • Certificates now display hours and kilometres correctly.
  • Error messages are easier to understand, and attachments are displayed more clearly.
  • The VAT/SIRET field is better managed when a customer is created.

Mission creation: smoother, clearer

Entering and managing your assignments becomes quicker and more intuitive:

  • The blocks Passengers and Assignment are now clickable.
  • Addresses load faster.
  • Redirects are cleaner, with no navigation loops.
  • A visual confirmation is displayed when a job is deleted.
  • Cancelled missions are better taken into account in the exchange.

Differentiated passenger telephone number

A new field has been added to better manage passenger details:

  • The number is clearly differentiated.
  • You choose whether or not it is passed on to the subcontractor.
  • It can still be accessed from the job card for a quick call.

Improved diary and displays

Your organisation will be more efficient thanks to :

  • Filters to display all missions at once.
  • A more reliable calendar view.
  • A reduction in display errors and regressions.

Optimised margin calculator

The calculation has been revised to make prices more reliable when exchanging assignments, with greater consistency and transparency.
