Version 1.10 of WAY-Partner is now available. This update focuses on facilitating exchanges with your clients, adapting to local regulations (Belgium and the Netherlands) and ensuring the security of your data.
In a nutshell
This version allows for the management of pre-negotiated rate assignments from WAY-Plan, incorporates specific rules for Belgium and the Netherlands, and improves the ergonomics of the exchange market. Security has been enhanced by adding a Captcha to the login process, and sales exports have been simplified.
Commercial management: Pre-negotiated rates
This is the main addition for subcontracting management. You now have the option of receiving and invoicing assignments from the WAY-Plan software with a rate already set by the client.
In practical terms, the purchase price of the journey is locked in upon receipt. This enables more reliable automatic invoicing, without the need to manually re-enter the amount and without the risk of errors between the agreed amount and the invoiced amount.
Regionalisation and Multi-region Management
The application adapts to local and international specificities:
- Belgium and the Netherlands : Multi-region management is comprehensive, incorporating the specific rules applicable to these two countries.
- Extension of the list of countries : Support for international customers is expanding further.
Ergonomics and Interface
Several screens have been redesigned to improve navigation:
- Exchange The interface has been redesigned to make it easier to read, receive and track the tasks assigned to you.
- Parameters The page has been reorganised to provide more direct access to the various settings in your account.
- Visuals The visual identity of the application on the app stores (Apple and Google) has been updated.
Administration and Security
Two technical improvements have been made to secure and simplify your business:
- Safety : A system of Captcha has been integrated into the login screen to enhance the protection of your account against automated access.
- Sales exports The export function has been simplified to generate cleaner files, making it easier for you to keep track of your administration and accounting.
Update 1.10 is now available as a web version or from your usual store.
