• Enable shared assignments between self-employed drivers using WAY-Partner

• Provide dashboards and performance monitoring tools
• Optimising revenue opportunities through collaboration and business exchanges

Use of Data

• Geolocation: Real-time data is used to optimise collaboration and check arrivals, but is not stored permanently.
• Driver ID: Used by drivers to voluntarily share access to their data with transport companies of their choice. The data is then stored by these companies under conditions similar to those for WAY-D users.
• Vehicle and performance data: Used to assign appropriate missions and monitor performance indicators.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. Data is only shared under the following conditions:

• With haulage companies where the self-employed driver voluntarily provides his identifier
• For mission management and collaboration between WAY-Partner users
• With customers where necessary to provide transport services

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. You can request the deletion of your data by contacting us.
