Create, modify and organise your partner circles to simplify the allocation of assignments and strengthen your professional relationships.
Follow this guide to make the most of this tool and coordinate your activities efficiently.
Go to the "Circles" section
From the main menu, press " More "at bottom right.
Select Circles in the list of options displayed.
Add a circle of partners
- Once in the My circlespress Add a circle.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Wording Give your circle a name.
- Description Enter a description of the circle (optional).
- Press the Register to create the circle.
Add partners to a circle
- In the list of circles, select the circle where you want to add partners.
- You can search for a partner by their telephone number or its code WAY-Partner.
- Once found, select the partner to add them to the circle.
- Press the Register to complete the addition.
Modifying or deleting a circle
- In the My circlesSelect the circle you want to change.
- You can :
- Update the wording or the description.
- Add or remove partners.
- If necessary, you can delete the circle by pressing the corresponding option.
Managing partners in a circle
Once inside a circle, you can :
- View the list of associated partners.
- Remove a partner if necessary.
- Use the editing options to keep your networks up to date.
- Select a circle when assigning a mission, enabling the mission to be sent to all the partners in the circle in a single action.
Practical advice
- Create clear, specific circles (e.g. "Local network", "Long-distance drivers").
- Use the telephone numbers or WAY-Partner codes to save time.
