Access your legal documents
Go to menu → Profile.
Press the “Legal documents”.
Here you will find the following sections:
- Driving licence
- VTC card
- Professional liability insurance
- Proof of the company's legal existence
- Vehicle-related documents The following documents are required: registration certificate, insured vehicle memo, VTC badge and insurance certificate for transport for hire or reward.
Add a document
Press on an empty line or one marked “No documents”.
Select a file (PDF, image, photo from device).
Save. A message “Pending validation“This will confirm the correct addition.
Tooltips tell you which documents accepted.
For example: the «Proof of legal existence» field accepts Kbis, RNE, Extrait D1, INSEE, etc.
Modifying a document
Press on an existing document.
You can :
- Modify images Recto / Verso separately.
- Update the validity date.
Press the “Register”.
An alert reminds you to check the date if you change a file.
Deleting a document
Open the document.
Press the bin.
Confirm the deletion.
Warning: this action is irreversible.
