This guide explains how to record, modify or correct the times and key information relating to your races.
Access mission details
From the " Agenda "of the application:
- If the mission is in progressnavigate to the Coming soon "Then select the mission in question.
- If the mission is completedgo to the To close "Then select the mission.
This takes you to a screen containing details of the mission, such as the route, vehicle used, passengers and address information.
Recording actual hours
Press the " button Actual hours" .
Modify or confirm the following information:
- Mission start time Time at which you started the mission.
- Arrival time at each stage Check in at each intermediate destination.
- Mission end time Time at which you completed the mission.
Save your changes by pressing ". Register" .
Manual check-in is optional and is particularly useful if you make an error or omission in the automatic check-in. You can also access it before closing an assignment, via the "Â To close" .
Add additional information
If necessary, you can enter the following information:
- Mileage at start of mission and mileage at the end of the mission.
- A comment to explain any changes or special circumstances.
Check that all the data is correct before billing.
Correcting errors
If an error has been made during check-in, you can return to the job details to correct the information before closing.
This is possible before generating the invoice.

Clock in and out in real time to avoid oversights or errors.
Check your data before recording it, particularly times and distances.
Enter additional information (such as mileage) to ensure accurate and compliant billing.
