How do I apply a promotional code?

Can I pause my subscription?

No, it is not possible to pause a subscription. However, you can cancel the renewal, and your access will be maintained until the end of the paid period. You can re-subscribe at any time.

I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I get a refund?

In accordance with our terms of use, all fees are non-refundable. We inform users of the non-refund policy during the checkout process and send email reminders about the upcoming end of the trial period and subscription renewal so that you have enough time to decide whether to keep or cancel your subscription.
