With version 1.8, WAY-Partner takes a new step forward in organising your missions and your customers. This update focuses on the redesigned customer file, the addition of useful information such as the passenger's number, and a series of general improvements to make day-to-day use smoother and more comfortable.

Above all, version 1.8 brings new, clearer and more comprehensive customer management, as well as practical tools to simplify your shopping and invoicing. The addition of a passenger telephone number and the ability to delete unused vehicles are among the most eagerly awaited changes. Last but not least, a host of improvements have been made to enhance the reliability of the diary, missions and voice dictation.

A completely redesigned customer file

Customer management is at the heart of your business, and this redesign will make your day-to-day work much easier. You can now :

  • differentiate more clearly individuals and companies,
  • identify whether the customer is a private or a client (WAY-Plan or WAY-Partner),
  • at a glance statistics, invoices and grouped missions per customer,
  • register up to two contacts by customer, with telephone numbers,
  • enjoy a a clearer, more intuitive add form.

A new field for the passenger telephone number

When a mission is created, it is now possible to add the passenger's number. This then appears in the mission details, with a direct call button during the journey. The result: less time wasted and smoother communication with your passengers.


Useful general improvements

Several of the application's key functions are also evolving:

  • Bills automatic display of estimated kilometres in the absence of a score, better management of the logo and line breaks.
  • Vehicles : possibility of deleting unused vehicles, even if there are older missions linked to them (which can still be consulted).
  • Missions between WAY-Plan and WAY-Partner major corrections to make statuses, attachments and synchronised data more reliable.
  • Agenda New filters allow you to display your direct and subcontracted assignments at the same time, or to display everything in one click.
  • Secure deletion Confirmation pop-ups added to prevent unintentional deletion of customers or vehicles.
  • AI voice dictation Improved reliability and correction of reported bugs.
  • Navigation Redirections and optimised routes to avoid loops and improve fluidity.
  • Onboarding & help The application will include practical tutorials, with more content to come.
